This phrase for me started off as a hashtag. I would see beautiful images that would evoke inspiration, joy and awe. This is power that photography holds. I believe that God has given me an eye to capture beautiful people, places and visions.
MY STORY.
My love for photography began in middle school when I got my first camera. I loved the idea of archiving memories and moments. My first professional camera was purchased by my Grandma Peggy in college. During my time at Howard University circa 2007-2011 I really began to lean into my gift by shooting events and students on campus.
My love for photography began to take on a new weight during my first trip abroad to Ghana, West Africa in 2016. I've always had an affinity for capturing culture and diverse people. I majored in Anthropology in Undergrad for that reason.
I am currently based in Milwaukee, WI, where I specialize in shooting portraits; brand shoots; brand awareness and promotional videos.
